Refund Policy

At Haironiq, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is expired
  • The product is missing from your order

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and product photos
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is covered by Haironiq for damaged or incorrect items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for other reasons

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Allergic Reactions Disclaimer

As personal care products react differently for each individual:

Haironiq is not responsible for allergic reactions or personal sensitivity.

We recommend doing a patch test before use.
