International shipping may be available on request.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can track your order anytime using the provided link.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos of the package and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
